The gas planning you do in the morning goes into the water the same day, with gas switches and ascents as a team.
On TDI Advanced Nitrox you learn to use mixes from 21 to 100 % oxygen safely. The course is for divers who want to plan bottom time and decompression with oxygen-rich mixes, and it is the first step towards decompression diving.
What you learn: gas management, dive planning, equipment configuration and skills, especially ascents and problem solving while keeping your position in the team.
Format: 4 dives with a total bottom time of at least 100 minutes, at least 6 hours of classroom. Combined with Intro to Tech or TDI Sidemount, 4 dives cover both courses.
Prerequisites: TDI Nitrox Diver or equivalent, 25 logged open water dives, minimum age 18 (15 with parental consent). I recommend Intro to Tech first, but it is not required.
