GUE DPV 1

My focus

You plan your gas so you get back safely even if a scooter fails, and that is exactly the scenario we practise as a team.

A DPV lets you reach sites further away or spend more time at your objective, a wreck for example. On GUE DPV 1 you learn to handle the scooter safely and plan the gas that goes with it, and you train skills and emergency procedures as a team.

Format: 3 days, at least 5 dives.

Prerequisites: GUE Open Water Diver, Performance Diver or Fundamentals, followed by at least 25 non-training dives, at least 75 dives in total, minimum age 16.
